Instructions:
- Melt the margarine and set aside to cool.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, pudding mix, and melted margarine.
- Gently mix the ingredients and finally add the beaten egg whites, mixing everything with a spoon.
Baking:
- Place dark biscuits on the bottom of the cake tin.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the biscuits and smooth the top.
- Bake at 180°C for about an hour, until the cheesecake takes on a nice color and hardens.
