Cheesecake in a Bucket by President

Instructions:

  1. Melt the margarine and set aside to cool.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, pudding mix, and melted margarine.
  4. Gently mix the ingredients and finally add the beaten egg whites, mixing everything with a spoon.

Baking:

  1. Place dark biscuits on the bottom of the cake tin.
  2. Pour the cheese mixture over the biscuits and smooth the top.
  3. Bake at 180°C for about an hour, until the cheesecake takes on a nice color and hardens.
