👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare the Pans
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans with butter or nonstick spray, or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar together until light and fluffy—about 2–3 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
