Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, blend egg yolks, cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites without deflating.
Carefully fold in the blueberries.
Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet, forming small rounds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
