1. Muffin-Tin Egg Bites (15 Minutes)

High in protein, easy to customize, and perfectly portioned.

Ingredients (12 bites):

  • 6 eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • ½ cup shredded cheese

  • Veggies (spinach, peppers, onion) or diced ham/bacon

  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, and add-ins.

  2. Pour into greased muffin tin.

  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until set.
