- 1.5 kg of apples

- lemon juice
- sugar
- cinnamon
Knead the dough ingredients and set aside to cool for 2 hours.
I dice the apples, skin on, and add them to a pan. I add some water, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until the desired consistency is achieved, about 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part and place it on a large baking sheet. Then spread the mousse on top. Grate the other part of the dough. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
