You will need:

100 ml of water

100 grams of raw honey

1 inch ginger

4 tablespoons of lemon juice

Preparation: Boil water and add ginger. Once boiling, remove from heat and set aside to cool. Add honey and lemon and set aside until the next morning. Then refrigerate. Use within a week.

Directions: Take 40 ml daily before breakfast for 40 days. Then take a 14-day break and repeat the process for another 40 days. If you’re using this remedy to reduce excess mucus and phlegm, you can also try steaming it. Bring the mixture to a boil, lean over the pot, and let the steam work for 5 minutes.
