This is how I make a creamy cake with very few calories

Ingredients (for a 20 cm mould)

2 eggs

60 g of erythritol (or honey, if you prefer)

50 g of type 1 flour (or wholemeal for a rustic version)

3 pots of plain yogurt (about 375 g)

1 sachet of vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)

½ sachet of baking powder (about 5 g)

1 pinch of salt

Coconut butter or oil for greasing the pan
