(grated on a coarse grater)

• 3 tablespoons of thick natural yogurt 

• 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar 

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 

• 1 cup of wheat flour (type 450 or 500) 

• A pinch of salt 

• Frying oil (e.g. Kujawski, rapeseed) 

• Powdered or granulated sugar for dusting
