Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

‱ 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

‱ Salt and pepper, to taste

‱ 3 tbsp olive oil

‱ Zest and juice of 2 lemons

‱ 4 garlic cloves, minced

‱ 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

‱ 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

‱ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

‱ 1 tsp paprika

Instructions:

1. *Preheat Oven*: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. *Season Chicken*: Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

3. *Mix Marinade*: Mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and paprika.

4. *Marinate Chicken*: Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
