Rafaello Like at Mom’s: Sweet Memories with a Note of Currants

  • ๐Ÿฌ 1 cup of sugar (about 200g)

  • ๐Ÿฅ› 1 cup of milk (about 250ml)

  • ๐Ÿฅš 2 egg yolks

  • ๐Ÿš 2 tablespoons of wheat flour

  • ๐Ÿš 2 tablespoons of potato flour

  • ๐ŸŒธ 1 vanilla sugar (about 16g)
