7-day cocktail plan – different for every day! 

🍍 Tuesday – Tropical Energy Cocktail

Goal:  To stimulate and improve mood

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of pineapple
  • ½ mango
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

Soak chia seeds in a small amount of water for 10–15 minutes (optional). Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.

Benefits:

  • Rich in vitamin C and natural sugars that give you energy
  • Chia provides fiber and omega-3 fatty acids
  • Plant-based and refreshing

Tip:  Use frozen fruit for a thick, ice cream-like consistency!

🥬 Wednesday – Green Cleansing Smoothie

Purpose:  Cleansing and nourishing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • ½ green apple (diced)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 glass of water
  • Juice of ½ lime

Instructions:

Chop the apple, celery, and avocado into small pieces. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Benefits:

  • Alkalizing green
  • High fiber content to aid digestion
  • Avocados provide healthy fats that keep you feeling full

Tip:  Add a few mint or parsley leaves to give the dish a herbal touch.
