Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 packages (5.4oz) Knorr Taco Rice
  • 1 (14.5oz) beef broth
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 – 3 cups shredded cheese
  • 16 oz Gordo’s Queso Dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
  2. Take a large skillet and place it over medium high heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until done. Drain any excess grease from the meat.
  3. Take a 9×13 baking dish and spray it with a nonstick cooking spray
  4. Add the packages of rice, beef broth and salsa. Stir well
  5. Add the cooked ground beef and stir well
  6. Sprinkle the shredded choose over the top of the dish
  7. Place a sheet of aluminum foil over the baking dish
  8. Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes
  9. Remove dish from oven and remove the aluminum foil
  10. Microwave the queso dip
  11. Pour the queso dip over the taco bake
  12. Enjoy!

How to prepare leftovers!

Simply, add the cooled leftovers to an airtight container and place into the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Also, the leftovers can be placed into the freezer for up to 3 months.
