Preheat the oven
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin or an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.Mix the batter
In a medium bowl, whisk together Nutella and eggs until smooth and glossy. Add flour and stir until just combined—don’t overmix, or the brownies may turn tough.Scoop & bake
For brownie bites: scoop the batter into muffin tins (about ¾ full).
For a classic pan: spread evenly into your prepared baking dish.
Bake 12–15 minutes for bites, or 20–22 minutes for a pan.
Cool & enjoy
Let them cool slightly before removing. Bite in and enjoy the gooey, chocolatey goodness.
🍴 Variations to Try
Add chocolate chips for extra richness.
Sprinkle sea salt on top for a sweet–salty combo.
Swirl in peanut butter before baking.
Dust with powdered sugar after cooling.
